Career Assistance

The Office of Student Industry Relations hosted a hugely successful Career Day on April 26 in the Cinematic Arts Courtyard with more than 400 students and alumni stopping by to visit with one of the many entertainment industry representatives who joined in the event to discuss internships, jobs and finding filmmakers resources. 

More than 400 students and alumni stopped to visit the many industry representatives at the Career Day on April 26, 2007.

With the office is continuing to expand its career services, the student industry relations team is preparing to launch a new Job Board site which will be exclusive to the SCA community students and alumni.  In addition, Got Career? seminars and events will continue to be offered as well as group career meetings and mentorship opportunities.

Our open forum for all SCA students and recent alumni are a informal, bi-monthly meetings held the first Monday and Thursday of each month, where we discuss how to find jobs in Hollywood, networking, mentorships, and preparing your resume. For questions, drop us a line at careers@cinema.usc.edu
