The Peter Stark Producing Program is under the direction of Lawrence Turman, producer of over 40 movies from The Graduate (1967) thru American History X (1998) and a director of two films, The Marriage of a Young Stockbroker (1971) and Second Thoughts (1983). He is a member of the board of the producer’s branch of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Turman has lectured around the world from FEMIS in Paris to the Polytechnic in Singapore, and his book So You Want To Be a Producer  is now available through the Three Rivers imprint of Random House.
