Tom Sito is one of the better-known artists in animation today and teaches students the fundamentals of animation. His film credits include such classic films as
Who Framed Roger Rabbit? (1988),T
he Little Mermaid (1989);
Beauty and the Beast (1991);
Aladdin (1992);
The Lion King (1994) and
Shrek (2001).
Sito has lectured around the world on animation and is the author of two books,
Drawing the Line: The Untold Story of the Animation Unions from Bosko to Bart Simpson, and
Jews in American Popular Culture (animation section). He also contributes frequent articles to trade publications, and for three terms was president of the Hollywood Animation Guild.
