Teaching students about the intricacies and logistics beyond the physical production, Jeffrey Stott is executive vice president of production management for Castle Rock Entertainment. Stott has executive produced North (1994), The American President (1995), Ghosts of Mississippi (1996), The Story of Us (1999), and Murder By Numbers (2002).

He has also co-produced The Princess Bride (1987), When Harry Met Sally (1989), Misery (1990), and A Few Good Men (1992). His worked with Rob Reiner on all of Reiner's directed films, beginning with This is Spinal Tap (1984), The Sure Thing (1985), and Stand By Me (1986).
