Carroll Hodge is a producer, writer and editor. She instructs students on originating and developing ideas for film as well as teaching motion picture techniques.
Her projects have included 1997's
Raven's Blood, an independent feature film,
Competent Woman, Caring Men for Johns Hopkins University Center for Communications Programs,
Someone To Talk To, a documentary on peer counseling; a compilation video and library exhibit on author Frank L. Baum for the Samuel Goldwyn Foundation, and several documentaries on Alaskan issues.
Hodge is a co-author
of
Creative Filmmaking From The Inside Out, and facilitator of workshops in creativity for USC neighborhood high school students.
