Ingrid DeCook covers personnel issues for faculty and student workers including compensation, the evaluation process, job postings, new employees, and, when necessary, any disciplinary action. She also handles part of the faculty dossier submission process. Additionally she inputs scholarship and financial aid data for student scholars, graduate assistants, and student workers. As part of the compensation process, she handles the monthly payroll.
