Assistant Professor

Ted Braun, III teaches courses in basic dramatic screenwriting and advanced motion picture script analysis.

He wrote, directed and edited several episodes of A&E's Our Century documentary series, as well as wrote and directed docs and fictional shorts for HBO, The Discovery Channel and PBS. He wrote the theatrical feature, Connected , and has adapted the novella The Pederson Kid.

Braun is also part of a cadre of writers from USC to instruct at the Copenhagen-based North by Northwest program, an intensive EU-sponsored training ground for professional screenwriters in Europe.
