Larissa Banks teaches studio art, animation and graphic design.

She has lectured, primarily on Flash, at Cal Arts, Emerson College, C-Level, and abroad for Anima Mundi Film Festival in Brazil. Her M.F.A. in Studio Arts is from the California Institute of the Arts in 1998 and her M.F.A. in Painting from the University of Maryland.
