To be considered for admission to the USC School of Cinematic Arts, you must complete this supplemental application. If you prefer to complete this application off-line, you may download the application form here and mail or fax the completed application to the USC School of Cinematic Arts. Please note that you may only submit one online application per term.

Please indicate what your class standing will be at the end of the semester in which you are currently enrolled. Please note: this information is only required for transfer students and current USC students, and is not necessary for all other incoming statuses.
Please note that current USC students may apply to no more than two degree programs and one minor program for the same semester.
Please list in chronological order all schools and colleges or universities you have attended. If you have taken only extension courses at a particular college, please indicate “ext. only” in the “Diploma/Degree” field.
Upon your acceptance and throughout your time at the USC School of Cinematic Arts, this information will be used to provide you and your parents with the school’s InMotion newsletter as well as information on the school’s activities and events for students and parents.
I certify that the information I have given on this application is complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and that I have attended no institution other than those listed. In order to be evaluated for admission, I understand that I am responsible for submitting all required admissions materials, as listed in this application, and official transcripts from all the schools attended (including USC), and that all materials become the property of the USC School of Cinematic Arts.
