ABOUT THE PANELISTS
François Dompierre (Writer / Director) was born and raised in Quebec City, Canada, and obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies from the University of Montreal in 1997. His undergraduate thesis film
Trente Secondes (Thirty Seconds) screened at several prominent festivals, including the Montreal World Film Festival. After a short stint at the American Film Institute in Los Angeles, he started working as a second assistant director in Montreal, immersing himself in both film and television projects there. François then made his way back to Los Angeles a few years later when he was accepted into the graduate film program at the University of Southern California, where he honed his creative skills. While at USC, François wrote and directed several innovative short films. He also contributed creatively to

Gavin Kelly (Cinematographer) first experimented with cinema at the age of ten with a Fisher-Price PXL 2000 video camera. His formal education began at the University of California in San Diego, where he earned a Bachelor of Visual Arts and Media. Gavin then continued film studies at the University of Southern California School of Cinema-Television, graduating with his Masters in Production in 2004. In 2005 Gavin received the prestigious A.S.C. Charles B. Lang Heritage Award for Outstanding Cinematography, Honorable Mention, from the American Society of Cinematographers, a distinction that celebrates rising new talent in cinematography. Gavin’s recent films include
West Bank Story, which premiered at Sundance and won the Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film at the 2007 Academy Awards.
Joey Kern (Actor, "Wes") is perhaps best known for his leading role in the sleeper horror hit
Cabin Fever. A classically trained actor, his formal education includes both NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London. Joey started his career on stage, performing with such renowned companies as the Atlantic Theater, New Group Theater, and Theatre for a New Audience. His feature film debut came in the indie
Die Jungfrau (The Virgin). He followed that with an appearance on HBO’s
Sex and the City. Subsequent film credits include
Super Troopers,
Love the Hard Way (starring Adrien Brody),
XX/XY,
Garmento, and
Grind. In addition to all the days before tomorrow, Joey can be seen in the upcoming features

Elan Glasser '02, '04 (Executive Producer) was born in Copenhagen, Denmark and raised in Toronto, Canada. He completed his bachelors at the University of California, Berkeley, focusing on documentary filmmaking amongst his studies. After graduating, his first exposure to professional filmmaking was working for acclaimed Canadian documentary filmmaker Simcha Jacobovici in Toronto. Elan later enrolled in graduate studies at the University of Southern California, earning a masters degree in anthropology and an MFA in film from the USC School of Cinematic Arts. While at USC, Elan worked on several multi-award-winning projects, and his short film Induction screened at film festivals worldwide. All the Days Before Tomorrow is his first feature film.
Wes Kobernick (Supervising Sound Editor)
Joe Dzuban (Re-recording Sound Mixer) is passionate about the art of film sound, and has worked tirelessly on a variety of projects from Oscar winning films to student shorts since his graduation from the USC School of Cinema-Television in 2003. Currently at the award-winning mixing facility TODD-AO, his work has included the Sound Mix Recording for last year's blockbuster hit The Bourne Ultimatum. The film garnered the triple crown for below-the-line work, earning Oscars for Best Sound Mixing, Best Sound Editing, and Best Picture Editing. He is currently working with Emmy-winning director Martha Coolidge on her upcoming feature film. Joe has never failed to acknowledge the positive influence USC has had in teaching the skills, mindset, and creative objectivity required to work professionally.
