Interactive Media undergraduate Jared Greiner has received a Summer 2009 USC Provost's Undergraduate Research Fellowship. He will receive a $3000 stipend to support full-time research for a period of not less than eight weeks during the period May 19 through August 19, 2009.

Critical Studies Ph.D. Candidate Brian Jacobson has received a Fulbright scholarship will take him to France, where he will examine how film studios contributed to the development of early cinematic form, content and industrial practice. His particular interest is how film studios influenced the architectural and technological environments of Paris and Los Angeles.

Ph.D. Candidate Iona Uricaru reports that the feature omnibus she co-directed, Tales From The Golden Age, will premiere in Cannes this year, in the Official Selection.
