First Look 2009 - Finalists


The Office of Student Industry Relations would like to announce this year's First Look Faculty Award winners, the six film finalists screening at the DGA and the Audience Award winner.

The winners of the seven Faculty Awards are:

Audience Award winner:

Carpet Kingdom
Love. Death. Carpet.

SYNOPSIS:

When a Carpet Store Baron dies, his nephew, a young Carpet Salesman, struggles to reconcile the family's desire for a respectable funeral with his eccentric uncle's final wishes.

The finalists will be competing for the FotoKem Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards. Everyone is invited to join us for the awards ceremony and screening of these jury-selected films at the DGA.
