YouTube.
SCA is one of several partners on this project that includes the Directors Guild of America [DGA], NBC Universal, NYU Tisch and several non-governmental agencies. DGA president Michael Apted is serving as one of the co-chairs of the program. The program is looking for several additional judges from the partner groups who will review submitted videos from the U.S. and numerous other countries.
