Congratulations Sable & Montgomery

Congratulations Jerome Sable and Mike Montgomery for their win in the 2009 Coca-Cola Refreshing Filmmaker's Award contest.

Winners Sable and Montgomery will be flown to Las Vegas, Nevada, to accept their award alongside USC alum and ShoWest veterans Ron Howard and Brian Grazer. During the final night awards banquet, on April 2 at the Paris Hotel, Sable and Montgomery will receive the Coca-Cola Refreshing Filmmaker's trophy for Meanwhile, an invigorating short film piece.

A "Red Ribbon" panel of judges from the film industry chose the winning title, Meanwhile, to receive the grand prize of $10,000, the Coca-Cola Refreshing Filmmaker's trophy and, possibly, nationwide screening of their film.

SCA student filmmakers swept six out of ten finalist slots in the 2009 Coca-Cola Refreshing Filmmaker's Award contest. The competing entries where from 13 of the nation's most prestigious film schools.
