Named one of the top executives who understand IT

David Wertheimer, executive director of the Entertainment Technology Center,
was named one of the top entertainment executives who understand IT ­
information technology ­ and its growing impact on the entertainment and
media economies by AlwaysOn, a leader in media industry innovation.

Wertheimer is joined by visionaries with backgrounds in marketing,
technology, venture capital, and content creation in both Hollywood and the
Silicon Valley. 

The Hollywood IT List chooses investors and dealmakers who
have experience in the information technology industries who help out
entrepreneurs that are trying to get their foot in the door.  The selection
process involved nominations from talent agencies, technology insiders,
venture capital gurus, and media watchers.
