Lectured to a crowd of 200 parents

Critical Studies professor Ellen Seiter lectured to a crowd of 200 parents
attending Freshman Orientation as part of the Faculty Showcase series on
July 17. 

She will repeat the sample lecture on "The Physical Comedy of
Chaplin and Keaton" on July 2. 

Ellen will also serve as a judge for the
Nina Leibman Memorial Fellowship to the California Women's Law Center in
July.
