RSICA Holds Retreat
School will welcome its first 25 students in September
The principal faculty and senior administrators of the new Red Sea Institute
for Cinematic Arts held a week-long retreat here during the week of June 2.
Led by Senior Consultant James Hindman and Project Manager Claire Naber, the
new RSICA faculty included long-time Production adjunct Danielle Suissa
(senior lecturer and director of the Production program), Writing adjunct
Sharon Elizabeth Doyle (senior lecturer, Screenwriting) and recent grads
Rebecca Flores and Matthew Epler.
Epler will teach Critical Studies and will be the cinema librarian. In addition to
teaching production, Flores will be the coordinator of the production program. Also
joining the conversations for part of the week were Dean Daley and Facilities Manager
Doug Wellman.
The school will welcome its first 25 students in
September.
