Writing Adjunct Gets Top Mobile Honor

Frank Chindamo, writing adjunct professor, received top honors at the Meffy Awards held during the Cannes Film Fest. The Global Mobile Entertainment Group, announced that its subsidiary, Fun Little Movies (FLM), won the Content Award at the prestigious 2008 Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF) in Cannes on May 12.

As FLM's chief creative officer, Chindamo specializes in the development, production and distribution of original video content for global distribution to mobile network operators. Chindamo has distribution deals with Sprint, Verizon and ATT as well as several handset makers and overseas partners, from China and Japan to Europe, Africa and South America. 

The Meffy Awards received applications from 21 countries across four continents, and was judged by an independent panel of national media and leading trade journalists and analysts. The Content Award received the third highest number of entries, from powerhouse corporations like MTV Networks International and Orange, of which FLM  surpassed in quality of stories and humor.
