Screenwriting Professor Howard A. Rodman was photographed in the April 21-27 Variety with MPAA president Bob Pisano, DGA president Gil Cates, and French film director Jean-Paul Salomé at the opening night of COLCOA, at which Rodman was a speaker.

Additionally, Howard introduced and recorded the commentary for five film trailers (including Touch of Evil and The Tenth Victim) for Trailers from Hell

A transcribed interview with Howard, entitled “Why I Write,” is featured in the current issue of Creative Screenwriting magazine.

Howard also notes that his and Anne Friedberg’s 14-year old son, Tristan was again featured along with other high-schoolers in this year’s session with Los Angeles Times entertainment columnist Patrick Goldstein, to critique the upcoming summer films after viewing the trailers.
