GRADUATING STUDENTS
Please enter the Shrine Auditorium through the doors nearest the Box Office on Royal Street. Check-in with your division in the Shrine is at 1:15pm. Please be on time!
GUESTS
Guests may enter the Shrine Auditorium through the main entrance on Royal Street. Doors open at 2:00pm. Guests must have a ticket to enter.
A SPECIAL NEEDS entrance on Royal Street at the corner of Jefferson Blvd will open at 1:50pm. Any guests in wheelchairs or with walkers should enter here. If a guest requires a Sign-Language Interpreter for the ceremony, please enter here. One family member may enter with the special needs person at this entrance.
RECEPTION
The SCA Commencement Reception follows immediately after the SCA Ceremony at the Cinema Complex and Carson Sound Stage.

TICKETS
Tickets are required for entry to both the SCA Ceremony and Reception.
If you need additional tickets, please see your division coordinator.
PARKING
Parking in any USC parking structure is free on Commencement Day. The closest structures in which to park near the Shrine are Parking Structure D, and the Parking Center at Jefferson Blvd & Grand Ave (entrance on 35th St).
CAP & GOWN RENTAL
Rental of regalia is available until 12noon on May 16 at the Bookstore, 3rd Floor. Bachelors - $29.99, Masters - $49.99. PhD - $67.50. Regalia is to be returned to the collection station outside the Bookstore by 5:00pm on May 16.
GRAD PHOTOS
Photographs will be taken at the SCA Ceremony by Bob Knight Photography who will email complimentary proofs to graduates 20 hours after graduation. Make sure you fill out a Photography Card before the ceremony, if you haven’t already. Everyone’s photo will be taken. No obligation to buy. Check out bobknightphoto.com for more info.
COMMENCEMENT BOOK
The Commencement Book lists every graduate’s name who is eligible to graduate in Fall 2007, Spring 2008 or Summer 2008. They will be available at USC’s Main Ceremony and on campus, but not at the SCA Ceremony.
