Gave an all-day seminar for NAMIC

Writing Division associate professor Pamela Douglas gave an all-day seminar for NAMIC (National Association of Minorities in Communications) on April 15 at the Beverly Hilton. 

Attendees, who were African-American, Native American, Hispanic or Asian, won admission based on scripts they submitted.
Carole Kirschner, who runs the CBS network mentoring program, hosted the event.
