Attended International Conference in Brazil

Associate dean Michael Renov attended the 8th International Conference on Documentary in Sao Paulo, Brazil  which coincided with the 13th edition of It's All True (E Tudo Verdade), an international documentary film festival especially strong on Latin American documentary. 

With this year's conference theme The Experimental Documentary, Michael's presentation was entitled "Documentary, Contemporary Art and the Ethical Function." 

After the conference, he gave a lecture on the animated documentary at the Department of Cinema, Radio and TV at the University of Sao Paulo.
