Recently published essays

The Institute of Multimedia Literacy director of academic programs Holly Willis recently published essays on the current “California Video” show at the Getty Museum,  in the magazine Modern Painters, and on the history of graphic design in the AIGA’s online journal Voice.

She also gave a presentation on the educational uses of the multi-user virtual environment Second Life for the Center for Excellence in Teaching and participated in the Mellon Foundation’s Virtual Worlds Summit in Palo Alto. 

She was recently invited to join the board of the New Media Consortium, and will participate in several panel sessions at the NMC conference in June.
