Book receives honorable mention

Critical Studies chair Anne Friedberg reports two items about her book, The Virtual Window: From Alberti to Microsoft (MIT, 2006).  It received the 2008 Katherine Singer Kovács Book Award Honorable Mention, which will be presented at the plenary session of this year’s SCMS Conference in Philadelphia.  The book was also selected by the Resource Center for CyberCulture Studies (RCCS) as "Book of the Month" for March 2008.
