Howard A. Rodman


Two films written by Professor Howard A. Rodman will be featured at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival.

Savage Grace  which was in Cannes, will have its U.S. premiere in the Premieres section, while August  will have its world premiere in the Spectrum section.

Savage Grace is Rodman's adaptation of the nonfiction book by Steven M. L. Aronson and Natalie Robins; August is an original screenplay.  Savage Grace stars Julianne Moore, with Stephen Dillane, Eddie Redmayne, Hugh Dancy, and Elena Anaya; August stars Josh Hartnett with Adam Scott, Naomie Harris, Zoe Kazan, Robin Tunney, Rip Torn, and David Bowie. 

Savage Grace was directed by Tom Kalin, produced by Christine Vachon and Katie Roumel of Killer Films; Celluloid Dreams; and Montfort Producciones. August was directed by Austin Chick, produced by Charlie Corwin of Original Media, 57th and Irving, and David Guy Levy of Periscope.
